How do I track my order?

When your items ship from our warehouse , we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information.

What if I didn't receive a shipping confirmation?
If you don't receive your shipping information after 2 business days of ordering place contact us


How do I change my shipping address?


If you have already received a dispatch notification we will unfortunately be unable to change your shipping address. But don't fret! We may still be able to help. Please email  as soon as possible and we will help get your new keen shoes to you. 


Can I cancel my order?


Once your order is placed, our warehouse goes to work right away to get it to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, because of this, there isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted.

However, we do have options for you to return your order if it was purchased and in original condition within 30 days from purchase. 

To work through your return please send as an email  and we will help process your return. We're here Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm NZT. 


What are the shipping timelines for


Our shipping time-frame is 3-7 business days for our Standard shipping. Business days are Monday - Friday, except major holidays. 

Please note that Keen is taking necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees and communities during this time. Order processing and shipping may be slightly delayed.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship outside of the New Zealand. However, we do partner with international dealers that may be able to assist further in finding our product locally. In order to view our global dealer list follow the link below.
