When your items ship from our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information.

If you have already received a dispatch notification we will unfortunately be unable to change your shipping address. But don't fret! We may still be able to help. Please email: email@example.com as soon as possible and we will help get your new keen shoes to you.
Once your order is placed, our warehouse goes to work right away to get it to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, because of this, there isn’t a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they’re submitted. However, we do have options for you to return your order if it was purchased and in original condition within 30 days from purchase. Our shipping time-frame is 4-8 business days for our Standard shipping. Business days are Monday - Friday, except major holidays. Please note that Keen is taking necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our employees and communities during this time. Order processing and shipping may be slightly delayed.
