The leather strap branding on
"The leather strap branding on the shoe that says ‘KEEN’ rubs against the white part of the shoe and leaves a dirty mark. I feel this is really a design issue, as the branding tab is positioned in a way that causes it to rub against the shoe. I would have to cut the tab off to prevent this from happening, which obviously isn’t something I should have to do with a brand-new pair of shoes. It would be much better if the label was made from a different fabric or a material that doesn’t rub or transfer onto the shoe. I’ve only worn the shoes for around an hour and there is already a noticeable mark from the KEEN tab, which is really disappointing for a new pair of shoes. :("
