What is the warranty period?

The warranty period for KEEN products is 1 year from the date of purchase.

What’s covered?

Manufacturing defects in original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase from https://keenfootwear.co.nz/ or from one of our partner retailers in New Zealand.

What’s not covered?

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
  • Products acquired from sources of supply other than https://keenfootwear.co.nz/ or our partner retailers in New Zealand.
  • Products acquired from unauthorized dealers and aftermarket sources — such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers, sales samples, promotional products, and final sale/warehouse sales.

How it works?

If KEEN products are bought online from https://keenfootwear.co.nz/, submit a warranty claim by email to info@keenfootwear.co.nz. If your claim is approved, you’ll receive a full refund or a replacement product (same or comparable) at the discretion of KEEN.

If KEEN products are purchased directly through a retailer, submit your warranty claim to the store where they were bought from. In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you.

What information is needed to submit a warranty claim for purchases made from https://keenfootwear.co.nz/?

In general, the following is needed to review a warranty claim:

  • Web-order details
  • Product details (product tag, style name, colour, size)
  • Description/photos of the defect
