"I wore these boots for the 1st time in visit to Iceland. I have issues with balance and walk with a cane. We have walked everywhere. Yesterday I walked up 100s of steps to see the crator of an old volcano. The boots felt like they had already been broke in. Didn't need breaking in. Very comfortable. No cramps at night which I tend to get after walking almost any distance. I ordered my regular shoe size and they fit well with room for thick woolen socks."

"I've been wearing Danner mountain 600 enduroweave for warm weather hiking but they aren't making them right now. I needed a comfortable lightweight trail shoe with ankle support and took a chance on the Keen Zionic mid. I found them on sale and just received them and I love them! I usually wear a wider shoe but these were perfect for me. They have just enough cushioning to deal with asphalt and just enough tread for the trail. So far so good!"
