Returns

Returns are easy and on us! You can return your order for a refund within 30 days* of your purchase, just follow these steps:

1. Send through your order number, address and purchase email to info@keenfootwear.co.nz.

2. Book your return with our Customer Care team. 

3. Package your item into original packaging and attach the returns address label provided by our Customer Care team. 

4. Our courier company will come and collect at the time and location you have booked with our Customer Care team. 

Online Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new KEENs! If within 30 days you’d like to return your purchase from keenfootwear.co.nz, you’re welcome to set up a return free of charge

  • Keen allows returns or exchanges on all orders purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Unworn and sell-able merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. All laces, tags and packaging in the box must be included.
  • Worn, damaged or altered merchandise can't be exchanged or refunded.
  • If merchandise is faulty, we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange or credit.
  • Keen will cover the cost of returns for the item purchased. Once the return has been lodged via the above email and you have received a response for courier pick up your return will be back on its way to us – tracked and traced.
  • Return will be processed and refunded once the item has been received at the returns address (AGI Australaia, 226-228 Kitchener Road, Milford, Auckland)
  • Our returns team works as quickly as possible to process all refunds and exchanges. Please allow up to 5 business days once the return package has been delivered to our warehouse. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few working days for the refund to show on your bank statement.

*Please note that during the holiday season, the volume of returns may increase processing time. Please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded. Keenfootwear.co.nz is unable process returns of items purchased at another online retailer, or stores.
