My wide feet love Targhees!

"I recently took my Keen Targhee IV Boots on a four-day tramp, with some long 20km hiking days, and they didn’t disappoint. Comfort was outstanding—my feet stayed happy, dry, and blister-free, even after serious mileage. They were pretty new with minimal wear in. The fit is slightly larger compared to previous models, so I didn’t size up, and opted for the boots over the shoes as the higher lacing eliminated the heel slippage I experienced when trying the shoes. On the downside, not a fan of the colours compared to what is available in the US, and I did notice my feet getting a bit warm and sweaty which I haven't experienced so much in these shoes/boots."

Super comfortable and supportive

"Having an intrepid little dog who likes to go on adventures in all weather calls for good and reliable weatherproof boots! My newly purchased second pair of Targhee boots are super comfortable and super supportive, with absolutely no wearing in needed so we hit the ground running. This model is a little more roomy which suits my wide feet. Getting my feet in and out of them is easy, an important consideration as I have a foot injury and high insteps, and lacing the boots up is effortless. They look good, feel great and give me confidence walking over a range of terrains, meaning I can keep up with the pooch."

Good enough

"Went on a hike with a 700 m incline. They worked as expected as I have worn out an earlier model of Targhees and delaminated another. They seem to be the only brand and model that work for my very wide feet - and even then I need to buy a half size larger to accommodate width of feet. I still like my first pair that are a few years old so much more. These ones overheat. I don't like wearing synthetic clothes for the same reason."
