Returns are easy! You can return your order for a refund within 30 days* of your purchase, just follow these steps:

1: Check that you meet the below conditions.

2: Find your order number and fill out the below form.

3: Pop into your nearest post office and return your order along your order no. to: AGI Australasia, 226-228 Kitchener Road, Milford, Auckland.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • Please Note: Postage costs are at the expense of the customer.
  • Please Note: Online purchases can't be exchanged or refunded in KEEN retail stores.

4: Once arrived and approved by our returns team your refund will be processed within 72 hours.

Please find below our online returns policy.

Keen allows returns on all orders purchased within the last 30 days.

  • Unworn and sell-able merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund in the form of original payment.
  • Unworn merchandise must be returned in its original undamaged packaging (including shoe box where applicable) with all laces and tags included.
  • Worn, damaged or altered merchandise can't be exchanged or refunded.
  • If merchandise is faulty, we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange or credit.
  • Return will be processed and refunded once the item has been received at the returns address (AGI Australasia, 226-228 Kitchener Road, Milford, Auckland).
  • Our returns team works as quickly as possible to process all refund. Please allow up to 5 business days once the return package has been delivered to our warehouse. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few working days for the refund to show on your bank statement.

*Please note that during the holiday season, the volume of returns may increase processing time. Please note that the original shipping costs are not refunded. Keenfootwear.co.nz is unable process returns of items purchased at another online retailer, or stores.
